大家好，我是葉傲冬。我，決定參加區議會油尖旺南選區地區直選。

自香港國安法及完善選舉制度相繼落實後，選舉回歸良性平等，議會重返理性秩序，議員變回實事求是。香港正步向由治及興的重要新階段。

在過去擔任油尖旺區議員，以至區議會主席期間，服務社區十餘年的時光，我一直不忘初心，本著「民生無小事」的態度服務社區，關愛長幼、協助舊樓管理、推動地區特色活動、宣揚文化藝術。我希望能以多年服務社區、擔任公職的經驗，與您一同建設社區，跟大家共建和諧穩定的舒適安樂窩。

12月10日的區議會選舉，懇請用您的一票，支持葉傲冬，同我一齊凝聚共識，成就好社區。

Declaration of candidacy:

Hello everyone, my name is Chris Ip. I have decided to participate in the direct election for the Yau Tsim Mong South Constituency of the District Council.

Since the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law and the improvement of the electoral system, peaceful elections have been restored, the LegCo has returned to order, and members strive for work with concrete results. Hong Kong is entering a transition from chaos to order, and is now at the crucial stage of advancing from stability to prosperity.

In the past, when I served as Yau Tsim Mong District Councilor and even as District Council Chairman, where I served the community for more than ten years, I have never forgotten my commitment to the community and I believe that "people's livelihood is no small matter". I cared for the elderly and children, assisted in the management of old buildings, promoted district activities and promoted culture and art. I hope to serve you with my past experience in serving the community and holding public office, and to build the community with you, to create a harmonious, stable and comfortable home for everyone.
